SUPERSUDACA y el Sr. Ewald Biermans (dirigente del Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA), secretario del Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA) y propietario del Bucuti Beach Resort Aruba) brindarán la conferencia “TURISMO MASIVO Y MEDIO AMBIENTE. Consecuencias espaciales y territoriales del All Inclusive.” como parte del ciclo “Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo” organizado por la Universidad de las Antillas Holandesas en conjunto con el Gabinete del Gobernador de las Antillas Holandesas.

Después de la presentación habrá una mesa redonda con panelistas invitados.

Within the frame of the cycle of lectures on “Environment and Development” organised by the University of the Netherlands Antilles in collaboration with the Cabinet of the Governor of the Netherlands Antilles SUPERSUDACA and Mr Ewald Biermans (boardmember of Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA), secretary Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA) and owner/ manager of Bucuti Beach Resort Aruba will lecture on the subject of MASSTOURISM AND ENVIRONMENT. Supersudacas lecture will focus on the spatial consequences of all inclusive masstourism in the Caribbean.

SUPERSUDACA EN SHANGAI

SUPERSUDACA estará en Shangai durante una semana de agosto para indagar acerca de las huellas urbanas de comunismo vivo. Arthub Asia oficiará de guía a través de la ciudad organizando reuniones y proponiendo temas y ejes de analisis. Al finalizar la experiencia, SUPERSUDACA participará del simposio New Silk Roads en Bangkok donde presentará las impresión de la experiencia en China.

SUPERSUDACA will be in Shanghai in august for a week investigation on traces of living communism. Arthub Asia will pilot them through the city, organizing meetings and proposing themes/directions of analysis. At the end of the experience, SUPERSUDACA will be joying all the symposium of the New Silk Roads in Bangkok where they will present some first impressions/result of their China experience.

El martes 23 de Junio se inaugura la videoinstalación FRESHLATINO en el Instituto Cervantes de Frankfurt comisariada por la arquitecta Ariadna Cantís. Al término de la exhibición FRESHLATINO continuará su itinerario por diversas sedes de este instituto en otras ciudades alrededor del mundo (Hamburgo, Lyon, Bucarest, Río de Janeiro y Lisboa).

The first edition of FRESHLATINO -a video instalation by Ariadna Cantis- will open on June 23rd in the Cervantes Institute of Frankfurt. After its closing the exhibition will move to several other locations of the the Institute around the world (Hamburg, Lyon, Bucarest, Río de Janeiro y Lisboa).

RECREATALES

SUPERSUDACA participará en la organización de la edición 2010 “Independantristes” del festival de teatro Recreatrales de Ouagadougou en Burkina Faso desarrollando estrategías para la conformación de escenarios móviles y temporales.

Recreatales es dirigido por Etienne Minoungou y cuenta con el apoyo de la Fundación Prins Claus.
