MENCIÓN EN CONCURSO FKT 2010



POP-ARQ (branch argentino de SUPERSUDACA) junto con Gustavo Nielsen, Sebastian Marsiglia y Nicolás Dorbal-Bory , sacaron una mención honorífica en el Concurso para el Pabellón Argentino de la Feria del Libro de Frankfurt 2010 para su proyecto ARGENTINA FKT 2010.

POP-ARQ (argentinian branch of SUPERSUDACA) together with Gustavo Nielsen, Sebastian Marsiglia and Nicolás Dorbal-Bory, received an honorable mention at the  Concurso para el Pabellón Argentino for  Franfurt Bookfair 2010 for their project ARGENTINA FKT 2010.

FRESHLATINO



La primera edición de la exposición colectiva FRESHLATINO -de la que participa SUPERSUDACA- comisariada por la arquitecta Ariadna Cantís para el Instituto Cervantes continúa con éxito después de haber sido presentado en Madrid y Bucarest. El tour para el 2010 incluye las ciudades de Londres, Lisboa, New York, Sao Paulo Manila entre otras.

The first edition of FRESHLATINO -a collective exhibition with SUPERSUDACA´s participation- by Ariadna Cantis for Instituto Cervantes continues its succesfull tour. After having visited Madrid and Bucarest  it will continue in London, Lisboa, New York, Sao Paulo, Manila among other cities during 2010

SUPERSUDACA EN PHNOM PENH



Invitado por el Instituto para las Artes y la Cultura REYUM, SUPERSUDACA estará en Phnom Penh, Cambodia, en octubre para indagar, junto con un amplio grupo de estudiantes de arquitectura y arte locales, acerca de las consecuencias del proceso de abandono de la ciudad durante el régimen de Pol Pot de la capital y la posterior re a partir de 1979 hasta nuestros días.  Phnom Penh es quizás la única ciudad de la era moderna en ser totalmente evacuada, abandonada y retomada.

Invited by REYUM Institute of Arts and Culture, SUPERSUDACA will be in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in august investigating, together with local architecture and art students, on the consecuences of the process of abandoning of the city during the Pol Pot regime and its spontaneous ocupation by its inhabitants (probably the mayor squat in human history!) after its fall.

SUPERSUDACA actuará como moderador en el workshop Ciudades e Informalidad durante el Congreso Internacional de Planificación TOMORROW en Amsterdam.

Temas: Construcción ilegal e informal en las ciudades (no occidentales) causados por la migración masiva campo-ciudad y la falta de reglamentación y sus efectos indeseables.

SUPERSUDACA will act as facilitator at the Cities & Informality workshop during the TOMORROW International Urban Planning Congress Amsterdam.
